Provide technical expertise to develop and implement Human Resources related systems, as well as manage its day-to-day processes and reporting. Serve as a technical point of contact for the HR information system and related upgrades. Develop an understanding of HR processes and goals to ensure data integrity and reporting effectiveness. Assess reporting and data needs in main functional areas, including Benefits, Compensation and Recruiting. Analyze reports and compile statistical data for management, external departments, and for federal, state, and local agencies. Develop/design Crystal and SSRS reports. Analyze user needs for report specifications and design report layouts. Make recommendations for improved efficiency and enhanced use of various systems capabilities. Deliver technology training within the HR department. Serve as a liaison between IT and Finance. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Must have experience with reporting tools (Crystal and SQL Server Reporting Services) and relational databases (SQL Server, Access, FoxPro). Must have excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED and three to five years of relevant experience required.
