Department: Energy Services - LIMERP
Responsible for assisting the Program Manager with the day-to-day operations of the Low-Income Multi Family Energy Retrofit Program (LIMERP), and for development and implementing outreach strategies to increase the impact of the program. Review and prepare electric program data and invoices for reporting. Oversee the application processes, reviewing documentation and communicating with applicants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper records. Analyze record-keeping processes and make recommendations to improve design and functionality. Conduct market research and data analysis to develop outreach strategies. Participate in related information sessions and presentations. Communicate with vendors and utilities as needed. Assist Program Manager to prepare for Committee meetings. Manage electric program electronic and paper files. Produce required billing and reporting data to electric utility funders in compliance with contract guidelines. Complete case studies for selected projects. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED and at least two years of related experience in outreach or program support required. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or related field preferred. Background in energy efficiency and/or multi-family low-income housing strongly preferred. Experience in grant program management a plus. Demonstrated ability to utilize databases and
spreadsheets, specifically Microsoft Access and Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Flexibility, initiative and ability to work in a team required. Must be able to work sensitively and effectively with individuals of diverse, educational, socio-economic and cultural backgrounds.
